When you’re selling your house, the key to getting top dollar is exposure. You want as many people as possible seeing that your property is for sale. We do our very best to make that happen, and keep in mind, not all agents do. A lot of agencies will put a sign in the yard, upload to the multiple listing service and hope somebody else sells it. When I sold my own homes, before I became an agent, that always frustrated me. I do my very best to sell your home like it’s my own, under terms that you, as a seller, are comfortable with. We always make it a goal to have open communication and transparency with all of our transactions so you know exactly what is going. We are always happy to answer questions or address concerns.
